About Us

The Courtyards at Hayden Run is a community of 50 stand-alone condominium units. The unique two and three bedroom units are open concept with views onto the home's private courtyard area from the kitchen-dining-living great room, the master bedroom and depending upon floor plan from guest bedrooms.

The community includes a swimming pool, a picnic/gathering area with pergola and gas grill, and a club house with a meeting room and fitness room.  The Courtyards at Hayden Run community was built in 2015. 
 
We are conveniently located on the northern edge of Hilliard with quick and easy access to the shops and restaurants at Tuttle Crossing, Dublin's Perimeter Center, and the Old Hilliard district.

SBS Property Management, is a full-service property management company. They can be reached during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any emergency maintenance service request made during “off hours” will be handled by their “on call” system, making emergency maintenance service available 24 hours a day. Remember any true emergency should be immediately reported to the fire or police department.
